My stomach growls. I'm hungry. Again.

I want to eat. Now.

Instant gratification. When I give in, I'm rarely satisfied.

What if I wait? What if it's okay to feel hungry? To live in this tension?

I grab a glass of water. I wait.

Clarity and focus replace mental fog.

I savour every bite of my meal with gratitude.
