30 Snatches (75 lbs)

20 Burpees
30 Snatches (165 lbs)

Snatches (max rep @ 210 lbs)

Burpees are chest to ground and touching target 6" from reach. My current snatch PR is 155 lbs. My goal is to at least attempt 165 lbs. We'll see though. I've never done Isabel (30 snatches @ 135 lbs for time).

Update: I only made a small dent into the set of 135 lb snatches. Final score was 108 (8 reps at 135 lbs). Definitely underestimated the workout!
