45#, 65#, 85#, 105#, 115#, 125#, 135#, 135# (failed)
(Wrists were starting to hurt... need to work on these more)

50 KB swings (eye-level, used 2 pood)
Row 400 m

(Weakness: pull-ups for sure!)

12 p.m. @ Seaway Valley CrossFit

3 rounds of...
10 different exercises for 30 s each
5 mins / round; 1 min rest in between

6 p.m. @ CrossFit Markham

Skill work: HSPU

10 hang power clean and push jerk (135#)
1 rope climb (legless... only did this for the first round)
(~30 mins... pretty heavy, though my body was probably weary from the travel, poor sleep / nutrition and the other work puts earlier in the day. Still a fun workout)
