CrossFit Markham @ 11 a.m.

First WOD in a month. Thanks pneumonia for the month off :)

Time: 43:03 ... I finished :)
The time off CrossFit has been good. I really like CrossFit and would spend a lot of after work at the gym. My last CrossFit workout was August 1st. While I was initially disheartened by this forced rest, I've found a new kind of energy. It's that kind of energy when you awaken to a deeper realization of purpose and meaning. With CrossFit temporarily gone, I've been able to focus on my spiritual growth and on honoring  God at work. CrossFit used to consume a big part of my life and would eat into those other areas. As I continue to recover, I look forward to giving God glory in my everything.
