Lecrae - Take Me As I Am

Recently, I have been busy with my academic commitments and have not had much time to blog. As a brief fitness update:
  • I started going to a CrossFit gym near my place and it is a lot of fun!
  • I will be the 4:30 pace bunny for the Toronto GoodLife Marathon NEXT WEEK!
As the title suggests, I really like the song "Take Me As I Am" by Lecrae. I have listened to it so many times now that I wanted to share this song with whoever is reading this. The song talks about how Jesus takes us as we are, no matter what we have done. This song spoke to me and I hope it will encourage you too!

At the time it was developed, the circuit training programme bridged a significant demand for individual fitness development.
