Learning to read and write. Picked up this book from Toronto Public Library. Hoping to develop a consistent habit of reading good literature. Hoping to become more fit in the mind.

Notes:

- Time: its perceptions by two different people

This is taken from the plaque posted near the Hart House Track. General Guidelines: Perform each exercise (1-8) sequentially, and repeat for 3-4 sets (depending on level).
