Cardio - a first:)

7:24 AM on the GO train - Read Luke 10. Going through the book of Luke. I jump around but the jumping is centred around Luke. Reminded about who my neighbour is and that we are called to love. Also, rememorizing and internalizing 1 Corinthians 13.

Wow, 8:45 - 9:45 AM @ Hart House...

20 min treadmill (incline 4.5), 1.68 miles
20 min elliptical (level 5), 2.08 miles

I feel quite refreshed! And guess what? I showered too!

Hmm, now time to eat breakfast;)

Hey Josh!! hahaha, I guess I've underestimated how much influence I have on you...and I'm glad that it's GOOD influence (isn't it always? lol) I guess I've converted you to working out on the treadmill and elliptical, which you used to avoid right? I know you're a track man, but now you have experienced the wonders of workout machines...although your brothers probably still think the effects are artificial =p Even so, I still sweat like a PIG after every session...so maybe it's a good thing that we can't workout together lol. And doesn't it feel great to shower after you workout? ;) I'm so proud that you took my advice on that...keep it up! haha. Maybe then I won't find you so repulsive lol, JUST KIDDING! Josh, ur awesome :)

On a slightly more serious note, Josh I am very proud of your leadership and initiation in this area. You are doing great =)Working out is not only a good way to develop yourself physically, but helps us to be disciplined and to practice perseverence, which builds character.

SUMMER IS GONNA BE HERE IN umm...hopefully FOUR MONTHS PPL! Which is not a lot of time. So I guess that's another incentive behind sticking to this wonderful club =p.

Ok, me have to study now =) Keep up the hard work!
