Dropped into CrossFit Ark with Carmie! I had so much fun. Definitely miss CrossFit!

I am looking for ways to get stronger. There's no shortcut to hard work, but there are plans out there to help you get there. One plan currently used by The Outlaw Way is the Smolov Jr program. I'll post more when I get a chance to try it out. For now, here's the calculator they use. If any of you tries this (or have any other ideas), please let me know. Always open to suggestions :)
