UTCCF Fitness Club

NOTE: All updates for the UTCCF Fitness Club can be found on our NEW web page. This blog will now be used as a blog to record my workouts and comments of others who are gracious enough to check in on me:)


To challenge each other to pursue excellence in all areas of life. As a group, we will focus on reaching our personal best in physical fitness through accountability in weekly workouts.

Schedule - Week Feb 05-Feb 11
DATE: Monday, February 5, 2007
TIME: 2:00-3:00 PM
PLACE: Hart House
2-2:30 PM: Running around Hart House track
2:30 PM onwards: Workout in track, weight room, or cardio

Please reply ASAP so I know who to expect.

For those who cannot make it out and want to still be a part of our accountability network,
1. If you would like to work out with other CCFers and are willing to commit, I will do my best to set up another time. (Feel free to contact me with your available times - my available times are listed below)
2. For those who work out on their own and wish for accountability, let me know and we'll help keep you in check:)

  • At present, those in the UTCCF Fitness accountability network, will have access to a shared spreadsheet, where they will track their progress and be able to see others progress
  • If they have goals, they will be able to see how close they are in reaching their goals
  • As time progresses, we will encourage each other to keep tabs on 1 or 2 specific people and keep each other in check both during and outside the workout
Our weekly activities include running, cross training, circuit training, and strength training. Following our workouts, we will meet to share and pray, keeping each other accountable to our personal goals.

Mon: 9 - 11 AM, 2 - 4 PM
Tue: 9 - 10 AM, 1 - 2 PM, 3 - 7 PM
Wed: 1 - 3 PM
Thu: 9 - 11 AM
Fri: 11 AM - 1 PM
Sat: Indicate preference
